What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Project Coordinator position at SSC, Inc.?
Selective Site Consultants is an Engineering and Site Acquisition Consulting firm in Overland Park, Kansas is looking for a Project Coordinator to handle a variety of utility coordination, administrative, and data entry tasks. The main tasks will include working with utility providers to complete utility design packages and updating existing spreadsheets through Excel and Salesforce-based programs (Site Tracker) daily to help the management team with several sites/projects.
Candidate must have:
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to follow instructions, pick up on tasks with ease, and work well independently.
Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam (PDF Editor) and data entry programs.
Basic electrical knowledge, and a background in telecommunications, Electric vehicle charging, and Salesforce are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
