YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to lead HR operations in the US, supporting a team of 50 employees across engineering, service delivery, and sales. As the sole HR representative in the US, you will be responsible for implementing our global HR framework while ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires deep expertise in US employment law, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership – Align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring consistency with global policies while adapting to US requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Lead full-cycle recruitment, define hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance – Serve as the primary HR advisor on employment law, workplace disputes, and company policies.
  • Leadership Coaching & Development – Partner with managers to enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational growth.
  • HR Operations & Policy Implementation – Oversee performance management, succession planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced HR Leader – You have a proven track record in driving HR strategy and operations. Experience in engineering recruitment is a plus.
  • US Labor Law Expert – Deep knowledge of employment regulations, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Strategic & Hands-On – Ability to balance high-level HR strategy with operational execution.
  • Global Perspective – Experience working with international teams and integrating local HR practices into a global framework.
  • Proactive & Influential – Strong ability to drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex HR challenges.

YOU ALSO BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business & Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience from developing and managing recruitment processes.
  • Fluency in English.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires a background check and security interview as a condition of employment.

Salary range for this position will be around $85 000 – $95 000 per year.
