YOUR ROLE
As an HRBP for our U.S. operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee journey for approximately 50 employees, including engineers, service delivery and sales team. Reporting to the HR manager Global Business, based in Sweden, you will be a member of our global HR team as well as the US team. As the sole HR representative in the United States, responsible for implementing our global HR processes and ensuring a local adaptation when needed. This requires a hands-on approach and the ability to go from strategic to operational and solution oriented.

Your role involves supporting managers and employees, locally and globally, as we work together to attract, develop, and retain our valued team members. One of the main tasks will be to drive recruitment and onboarding but in addition to that, you will cover a broad range of HR processes such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance with U.S. labor laws. Role

- Talent Acquisition:
- Continuously refine and develop the talent acquisition process from a local perspective, as well as co-development of our global TA process in collaboration with colleagues in various countries.
- Define recruiting goals in collaboration with business leaders, set relevant metrics for the recruitment process and track progress
- Support recruiting managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from identifying the competence need, defining role description, posting, search, screening and selection, interviews, assessments, reference checks, security checks negotiations and signing.
- Employer branding: Drive and take part in employer branding and student relation activities
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our local colleagues.
- Leadership coaching and support: Provide coaching and support to local management to enhance leadership skills, team dynamics, and performance management. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to implement and enhance HR practices.
- Global Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the HR team in Sweden to adapt and implement global HR policies and procedures within the US entity. Ensure consistency and alignment with the company's global HR strategy.
- HR Development: Collaborate with the HR manager Global Business and local management to develop local adaptations to global processes in HR Operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support on legal matters, including terminations, workplace disputes etc.
