Technology Alignment Manager
SSE is a leading technology company and Managed Services Provider headquartered in St. Louis, MO, and serving clients nationwide across multiple industries for over 30 years.
We are seeking a Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) to join our team at our St. Louis, MO headquarters.
Our TAMs work closely with our Service Delivery team members, our VCIOs, and our clients. The primary responsibility of our TAM is the alignment of the technology we provide for our clients to best support their business and security needs. This is achieved through the execution and review of Business and Technology Assessments for our clients and their environments. The right candidate must have a focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the capacity to grow their technical skill set within a company that values its technical service, a customer-first mindset, and quality as its measures of success.
Essential Job Functions/Skills:
- Strong knowledge in business grade IT and network infrastructure
- Ability to assess technology against SSE best practices and then educate and communicate findings both internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Deliver solutions based on established practices and procedures
- Able to work when required with minimal supervision, but willing to additionally work in and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assist with developing solutions
- Triage, review, and troubleshoot issues with various IT tools
- Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience with Microsoft servers & desktops

- Server Operating Systems: Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
- Firewall: Cisco Meraki or similar
- Directory Services: Active Directory
- Core Network Services: DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services
- Desktop Operating Systems: Windows, Macintosh
- Remote Management Tool: Kaseya or similar
- Networking Technologies: Cisco Meraki or similar
- Ticketing Software: AutoTask or similar
- Hypervisors: Hyper-V, VMWare
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field preferred
- 5 years of Network and/or Systems Administration experience

Previous work experience with a Managed Service Provider is a plus
