Job Summary
K and W Equipment Company LLC. dba Sseco Solutions, KWECO is based out of Beech Grove, Indiana, and is a premier equipment supplier and service provider in the tri-state area for the retail and commercial fuel industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the role of Quotation Specialist-Inside Sales for our Sseco Division in Cleveland, Ohio. The Quote Specialist-Inside Sales is responsible for providing support to our customers and sales team by preparing quotes, pricing, and submittals. The specialist will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate pricing information. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales support and customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who wants to develop this role by taking ownership, supporting, and driving revenue. This position will be based in Cleveland, Ohio. Eight-hour workdays, but are accommodating on start and finish times between 7:30am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday with the option of having a “home office day” once a week to be determined by manager and hire
Responsibilities
- Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations and submittals for customers, ensuring that all information is complete
- Interact with vendors to obtain pricing and special-order items
- Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and ensure all necessary information is obtained from the customer/contractor/engineer.
- Work with sales reps to identify & communicate opportunities for upselling / cross-selling
- Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and engineers
- Ensure that all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and pursued
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload
Attend all department and sales meetings as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or experience in the field in place of a degree
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Pay: $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
