Job Summary:

The Product Quotation Specialist is responsible for generating accurate and competitive quotations for the company’s products. This role requires understanding of the product portfolio, customers’ requirements, and market trends to provide cost competitive solutions.

We are seeking a talented Product Quotation Specialist to join our team. The Product Quotation Specialist is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate (RFQ)’s based on customer specifications and requirements for sourcing department.
• Collaborate with sourcing engineering, quality and materials departments to gather information for quotes.
• Conduct Market research through large quote packages. Report on market analysis.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of quotes to sourcing.
• Manage supplier information database, such as Supplier self-assessment, non-disclosure agreement, supplier insurance etc. to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
• Responsible for supplier base communication such as notifications and surveys.
• Plans and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Flexible to adapt to changes in workflow when circumstances and priorities are changed within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree or two-three years’ experience with class C hardware components.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and high proficiency with MS-Excel, Power BI and SAP experience is a plus.
• Working experience with system, data, reporting and business analytics.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible and adaptable to any assigned duties/ projects at a fast-paced working environment.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Regular reliable attendance.
