Job Description:
SSG Hotels LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Task Force Manager to support our hotel operations. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and expertise in Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands, with a specific focus on full-service Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. The position will involve regular travel across our properties in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interim leadership and support to hotels across various brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and other brands.
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Manage full-service F&B departments, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
- Collaborate with property teams to implement best practices and achieve brand standards.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans.
- Assist in training and developing staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand-specific guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience.
- Proven background in full-service F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of hotel industry standards and practices.
- Ability to travel frequently between Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan.
