Job Details
Provide administrative support to the President:
Scheduling of multiple meetings, teleconferences, travel arrangements
Drafting letters and documents
Collecting and analyzing information for reports and financial reporting
Prepare, coordinate and process documents for real estate transactions
Other duties as assigned
Accounting for multiple companies:
Cash management reporting
Coordinating transfer and wiring of funds
Bank reconciliations
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Assist with payroll, and State and Federal reporting
Assist Controller with other duties as assigned
Office Duties:
Researching and routing correspondence
Answering telephones and assisting with visitors
Filing, organizing legal documents, scanning documents for archiving
Stocking office supplies and resolving computer and printer issues
Schedule building maintenance
Other Skills That Would Be Helpful:
Familiar with QuickBooks, Excel, Internet and Email software
Strong oral and written communication skills
Quick learner, self-starter and can multi-task
Able to analysis and resolve day-to-day problems quickly
Job Type: Full-time

- 8 hour shift
