Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to join their team. This role is integral to the company’s commitment to continuous learning and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management, utilization, and configuration of the LMS, ensuring its optimal performance to support the company’s learning objectives.
- Supervise the daily operations of the LMS, ensuring its efficient and effective use.
- Identify and communicate potential opportunities for improvements in processes and quality, contributing to the overall enhancement of the LMS.
- Stay abreast of current technological advancements as they pertain to LMS software and systems, ensuring the company’s LMS remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Manage the structures of users, course enrolment, and progress tracking, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all users.
- Publish and manage online or blended learning solutions, as well as maintain the course asset library, ensuring a diverse range of learning materials are available.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for users, acting as the primary point of escalation for any support issues related to the LMS.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the LearnShare LMS platform is essential.
- Basic understanding of the ComplianceWire LMS platform is desirable.
- Ability to write and maintain technical procedures and policy documentation, ensuring clear and consistent communication of LMS processes.
- Experience in creating and managing user structures, including user groups/audiences and learning cohorts, to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Proficiency in managing and updating training metrics dashboard in PowerBI, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting of learning outcomes.
- Ability to create and manage ad-hoc reports in the LMS to extract source data for the dashboard, supporting the analysis of learning outcomes.
