Job Summary
- We are seeking a Medical Promotional Review Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the strategic review of promotional materials from a medical perspective for the US HCM team. The successful candidate will also assist with proactive field medical content and congress execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on therapeutic area and product through continuous assessment of relevant literature, treatment guidelines, and internal resources.
- Critically review promotional strategies and materials to ensure balance, medical accuracy, and appropriateness in accordance with relevant guidance.
- Build strong relationships with commercial and other advisors on issues or concerns in promotional review.
- Demonstrate leadership within the medical promotional review community to drive best practices.
- Evaluate data/references used to support promotional claims and provide guidance for resolution.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and promote the sharing of best practices across the Medical Promotional Review Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to evaluate scientific data and medical literature.
- Understanding of the US Healthcare system, the pharmaceutical industry, and clinical and health economic practices in the US.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate in a complex matrix environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
- Advanced Medical/Biology degree (MS, PhD, PharmD) and minimum 3 years of Pharma industry or agency experience preferred.
