Job Title: Project Manager II
Join our team as a Project Manager II. You’ll be responsible for supporting our client’s Field Medical Affairs team, managing project progress, and fostering positive relationships with external partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Field Medical Affairs team in implementing plans and projects, tracking progress and KPIs.
- Continually manage and track program progress, identifying cross-project and cross-functional risks related to scope, timelines, and budget.
- Implement mitigation plans for project deliverables at risk, applying lessons learned.
- Maintain project information and foster positive relationships with other functions and external partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work cross-functionally to enhance ways of working.
- Partner with the Finance team in driving quarterly forecasts and long-term budget planning for defined programs.
Skills Required:
- BA/BS degree with MBA and/or PMP certification preferred, and at least 3 years of project management experience in the Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong analytical & critical thinking capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including virtual communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to meet business objectives, team deliverables, and complete duties and projects on time.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms (SharePoint/MS Teams).
