What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Consultant position at SSi People?
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to support the analysis of SAP configuration delivery and determine its complexity and scope.
- Facilitate SAP CHARM processes and execute cross-functional configuration across multiple ERPs.
- Develop code, configure applications, and design job schedules for high-risk, complex requirements.
- Influence vendor decisions on the overall direction, standards, and solutions.
- Contribute to database design and create critical-path, high-risk, advanced technical designs.
- Manage and contribute to the technical components of the RFP process.
Skills Required:
- Experience in legacy ECC landscape and with AFS.
- Understanding and experience in one or more Hot Skill Technology (Java, .net, SAP, PeopleSoft, See Beyond).
- Ability to install software and software updates for critical systems.
- Experience in conducting performance monitoring and analyzing performance against benchmarks.
- Ability to identify tuning/optimization opportunities and implement performance remediation.
- Typically requires a bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience.
