Scrum Master
Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you'll be a key player in our Agile Delivery teams. You'll be working with a focus on DevOps and Infrastructure. This role requires a hybrid onsite presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Agile team to achieve PI Objectives
- Monitor progress daily, identify problems, and develop corrective actions
- Manage risk by resolving impediments promptly
- Balance the interests of the technical team and product owner when issues arise
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, refinement, retrospective, and sprint review events
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in Agile Coaching
- Ability to remove obstacles and maintain neutrality
- Ability to guide a team with influence (without authority)
- Proficiency in creating a safe and high-performing team environment
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master
- Exceptional people skills and comfortable working with diverse groups
- Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques such as Continuous Integration, build, deliver, test-driven development, and other automated acceptance testing techniques
- SAFe SM or SP certification preferred
