Job Summary
- We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Agile Development Crew. This role is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The successful candidate will be part of a team building new applications from the ground up with the latest technology.
- Handle core Business Systems Analyst responsibilities including requirements tracking and release-related items management.
- Monitor and coordinate software release processes.
- Assist with Agile processes and ceremonies.
- Track and address security issues periodically.
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.
- Proficiency in formulating UI mockups and creating high-level flow diagrams.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Ability and willingness to assist with production release preparation and coordination.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Experience is considered in lieu of formal education.
- Certified ScrumMaster certification is a plus, but not required.
