Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the company's success, as it involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
- Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of interviews, ensuring all logistics are clearly communicated to all parties involved. This includes liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about the interview process, company culture, and role specifics.
- Assist in the collection and verification of I-9 documentation for new hires, ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and feedback, fostering a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.
- Foster a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our client's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Experience in record keeping, with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
- Ability to multitask effectively while staying organized, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
