Job Title: Network Construction Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the fiber Network Construction team
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve the quality of billing processes and deliverables
- Maintain open communication across all areas of the business
- Deliver key KPIs including OpEx spend, MTTR, % On-Time Install, fiber complete for small cell, and installed enterprise revenue
- Support Network Construction Implementation team with assigned tasks and projects
Skills Required:
- Ability to prepare and submit purchase orders and process contractor invoices
- Proficiency in project financials and milestone management
- Excellent communication skills to report issues before reaching critical status
- Ability to develop progress reports, track progress, and identify/resolve obstacles
- Experience in reviewing splice packages and communicating with vendors concerning splicing work and billing
Salary : $40 - $44
