Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by ensuring they are accurately packed and labeled. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately according to company standards.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the packing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing packing duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and measuring products.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
