Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items following recipes with precision and consistency.
Ensure every dish is visually appealing and meets high-quality standards before serving.
Efficiently manage cooking and serving tasks during busy meal periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas.
Interact professionally and courteously with customers, ensuring their dining satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback positively and proactively resolve any food-related concerns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Chef, Cook, or Server with culinary responsibilities.
Proven experience preparing and plating visually appealing meals.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen cleanliness.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated team player.
Preferred:
Formal culinary training or certification.
Previous experience in Caribbean or Jamaican cuisine is a plus, but not required.
