This role is essential for supporting the efficient transshipment of goods and materials in warehouses, shipping docks, manufacturing facilities, and similar environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine service and inspection of forklifts to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and repair forklifts, addressing issues identified through test drives or driver reports.
Maintain detailed records of service cycles, repairs, and parts replacements.
Follow all industry safety regulations and company protocols.
Place requisitions for necessary spare parts and ensure proper use and storage of repair tools and testing equipment.
Assist with other maintenance or operational tasks as directed by the supervising manager.
