Join a collaborative, fast-paced HRIS team where you’ll contribute to systems innovation, data integrity, and HR analytics across the U.S. and Canada. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst who is eager to grow and make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform data entry, research, configuration, and reporting within the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance, and workforce analytics
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports to uncover key HR metrics and trends
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and integrations
- Train end-users and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Support HRIS project execution from planning to implementation
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices in system usage
What You Bring:
- Minimum high school diploma or international equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in HRIS or HR tech administration at an enterprise level
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with US labor laws; Canadian experience a plus
- Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20% in the US and Canada (including overnight)
- Ability to pass background checks and meet airport security requirements
