If you have 8–12 years of experience in heavy commercial construction and a proven track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Coordination : Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain seamless communication and solve challenges.
- Safety & Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to safety, health, and quality standards on-site.
- Progress Tracking : Monitor project milestones, implement effective planning strategies, and ensure successful and timely completion.
- Subcontractor Management : Lead subcontractor groups, maintain productive relationships, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Problem Solving : Resolve site issues efficiently and make informed decisions to keep the project moving forward.
- Resource Oversight : Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain a steady workflow.
