Job Overview:
SST Direct is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee project completion at job sites, ensuring the highest quality execution and safety. This field-based role requires travel along the East Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews
- Maintain the highest standards of quality execution and safety
- Coordinate job-specific material orders and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred, or equivalent prior work experience
- 5 years of experience in contracting, construction, industrial painting, maintenance and repair, or field services
- Strong leadership and communication skills; prior work crew supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
