Role & Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and pass complete submittals to the Architect
- Maintain submittal log
- Assist Superintendent with Preparatory Meeting for subcontractor
- Assist Superintendent with Request For Information management
- Inspect received materials and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and submittal reviews
- Schedule and coordinate any required testing
- Receive and review color board once finish schedules are finalized
- Develop inspection list, schedule inspections as required by local governments and personally accompany the Inspector
- Coordinate progress inspections with Owner
- Conduct a complete final inspection of each completed structure prior to and with Owner, noting any and all deficiencies
- Ensure Owner satisfaction by responding promptly to their complaints and requests
- Complete reports and paperwork, such as Time Cards, Expense Reports, Safety Meeting Reports, Weekly Progress Photos
