Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with deep expertise in PeopleSoft HR and hands-on experience integrating and supporting systems such as UKG WFM (Ultimate Kronos Group Workforce Management), SuccessFactors, Clinical Bridge, OpenText RightFax, Kronos, and PandaDoc. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering functional solutions, system enhancements, and ongoing support to meet HR business needs and improve workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications for PeopleSoft HR modules.
Lead or participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft HR enhancements and integrations.
Manage and support integrations between PeopleSoft and systems such as:
UKG WFM/Kronos for workforce scheduling and time tracking.
SuccessFactors for talent management and HR data sync.
Clinical Bridge for healthcare-specific HR workflows and staff coordination.
OpenText RightFax for secure fax communications and documentation workflows.
PandaDoc for electronic document automation and digital signatures.
Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level support for HR applications and integrations.
Support data mapping, transformation, and migration activities across systems.
Maintain documentation for functional configurations, processes, and integrations.
Work cross-functionally with IT, HR, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure business continuity and system efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant, with a focus on PeopleSoft HR modules (Core HR, Workforce Administration, Position Management, etc.).
Demonstrated experience with UKG WFM/Kronos and SuccessFactors integration.
Knowledge of Clinical Bridge in a healthcare environment is a strong advantage.
Experience with OpenText RightFax for document workflows.
Exposure to PandaDoc and its integration into HR or business documentation workflows.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
