Position Overview :
The On-Site ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) Manager will be responsible for implementing policies that ensure a safe and healthy work environment at our Henderson facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct facility inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Develop and implement inspection policies, procedures, and a schedule for routine inspections.
- Create health and safety procedures applicable to all areas of the company.
- Organize and schedule training sessions covering emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
- Monitor compliance with established safety procedures.
- Draft detailed inspection reports to document findings.
- Ensure material safety data sheets (MSDS) are maintained and readily accessible as required.
- Maintain accurate records of employee exposure to hazardous waste and pollutants as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
