The Quality Manager will be responsible of ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented, and maintained. Leadership of Quality System to ensure proper Quality levels throughout facility operation with a goal of meeting customer requirements and business needs. Responsible for ISO Compliance and Certification Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records.
- Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and these are regularly reviewed.
- Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction, and those consequent improvements are identified and implemented.
- Ensure that an internal audit program is adopted to verify that the QMS conforms to planned arrangements, QMS arrangements and is effectively implemented and maintained.
- Ensure that appropriate action is taken when it is not the case.
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
- Analyze data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made.
- This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.
- Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control.
- Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventative actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
- Writing technical and management systems reports.
- Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
- Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.

- Ensure technological and practical solutions that promote operating practices which will safeguard our employees, the public and Company operations.
Position Supervised or Directed:
Reports to Plant Manager.
Qualifications, Experience requirements:
- Degree/Diploma Obtained: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance for consumer product manufacturer
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
- Experience in quality management systems
- Experience in quality audit systems
- Microsoft Excel and BPCS experience preferred.

- Detailed and hands-on oriented.
