What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Services Admission Coordinator position at St. Andrews at New Florence?
Social Services Director is responsible for the management of all social service aspects of the skilled nursing facility and functions to operationalize the philosophy, objectives, and vision statement of St. Andrew’s as established by the Board of Directors. The Social Services Director is responsible for providing medically related social services.
Admission/Marketing is responsible for meeting census and revenue objectives. Responsible for local market analysis and marketing plan.
Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals by
promoting St. Andrew’s at New Florence to Physicians, Social Workers, Case Coordinators,
Coordinate and visit targeted hospitals on a monthly, bi-weekly basis or more frequently.
