Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to our elderly residents
- Assist with activities necessary as per individualized care planning
- Transport elders to and from activities
- Perform evaluations and reporting
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
Requirements:
- Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA) - Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with elders - Preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented work group
- Proficient in various computer programs and Medical Records Documentation system
