Overview:
Job description: Daily oversight of operations and management of error ,audit and productivity reports (as applicable). Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access. Tracks and trends
errors to develop and conduct and/or provide input into associate training. Acts as a liaison with the Business Office, IT, and clinical staff. Troubleshoots equipment problems and communicates the needs for associates. Communicates shift needs to the supervisor or manager as appropriate. Provides input for associate evaluations (as applicable). Committee involvement as assigned. May provide project management as needed.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of applicable experience
Preferred:
- CHAA certification or obtained within one year of hire (as applicable)
