Are you a passionate and dedicated therapist looking for a flexible opportunity in a skilled nursing setting? St. Anthony’s Rehabilitation and Nursing Center LLC is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Speech Therapists (ST) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team in Illinois.
Position: PRN Therapist (OT, COTA, PT, PTA, ST)
Location: St. Anthony’s Rehabilitation and Nursing Center LLC – Illinois
Job Type: PRN (As Needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility, function, and quality of life
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
Qualifications:
Valid Illinois licensure for respective therapy discipline (OT, COTA, PT, PTA, ST)
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Salary / hour:
OT $55
COTA $32
PT $60
PTA $34
ST $50
