What are the responsibilities and job description for the Timekeeper/Scheduler position at St. Benedict's Home Health?
As an Electronic Timekeeper, employee will utilize our Vesta software to verify time worked by attendants.
- Knowledge of EVV Process and Reason Codes to ensure compliance
- Monitor agency’s EVV system for attendant time worked and adding the correct Reason Code, if needed
- Document information regarding client’s case
- EVV Monitor is responsible for notifying attendants and clients of failure to clock in and/or out
- Engage in daily operation tasks, i.e. answer phones, fax, etc.
- Develop an open positive rapport within other departments within the company
- Ensure the company is represented in a positive manner when communicating with outside facilities, offices or the public.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
