Job Summary –Responsible for Advancement Operations’ marketing efforts regarding emails to constituents (currently with Anthology Encompass); design, development, implementation and maintenance of web pages (Anthology Encompass); and events (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Anthology Encompass). Manages crowdfunding platform (currently GiveCampus) for giving days and reunion class challenges.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Characteristic Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions: Responsible for the email blast process within Encompass, including publishing the monthly calendar and providing appropriate colleagues with analytics. Includes – but is not limited to – design of the email templates, and submission of tests and final distribution. Collaborates with Advancement Operations Data Specialist on recipient lists.35Manages the events and donation modules in Encompass. This includes - but is not limited to – assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of webpages/forms for online donations, event registrations and alumni engagement. 30Manages the Raiser’s Edge events module. This includes - but is not limited to - creating event records, monitoring registrations, and creating and running revenue and attendance reports. Assisted by Advancement Operations Data Specialist.10Manages platform for annual giving days (GiveCampus). Responsible for the creation and implementation of each campaign. Collaborates with department colleagues to establish timelines for each campaign and completing tasks as necessary. 20Establishes and upholds professional competency and currency in the field of advancement services, data management, data analysis and data visualization through professional development, reading, and contacts with colleagues.2Assists in handling phone calls and emails, as well as providing customer services to alumni and constituents.2Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
