Job Objective
To provide customer service excellence by Scheduling Home Health Aides (CNA/PCW) and Homemaker/Companions for daily schedules, call ins, new admissions, urgent cases, monthly schedules, attendance and PTO tracking, and missed visit notifications.
FTE
Full time-72 hour per biweekly pay period
Job Standards
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to see, write, hear, and speak effectively.
3. Ability to meet people and respond to a variety of situations with poise, patience, and discretion.
4. Ability to be flexible, receptive and adaptive to change.
5. Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information.
6. Excellent telephone presence and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to record pertinent information accurately.
8. Ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
9. Previous PC experience strongly preferred, including knowledge of scheduling applications, and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc)
10. Ability to email reports
11. Must have secure internet access when working from home. Must have a secure email account.
12. Ability to safely perform all of the essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
