The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing HR technology, process automation, and data analytics for the human resources function. This position focuses on workflow automation, system enhancements, dashboard/reporting development, and strategic HR technology planning. The Analyst serves as a key partner in HR system evaluations and requirement gathering as the institution assesses potential technology changes.
