St. Charles Health System is seeking aboard-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join ourmulti-specialty team in Bend, Oregon. This role offers a diversemix of clinic visits, hospital rounding, and procedures in asupportive, patient-focused environment. You'll collaborate with ateam of medical professionals across our four hospitals in Bend,Redmond, Madras, and Prineville, serving a broad patient populationwith a wide range of gastrointestinalconditions.
KeyResponsibilities :
- ClinicalCare : Provide diagnostic and therapeutic procedures,including upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, sigmoidoscopies,proctoscopies, and advanced endoscopic interventions (ERCP,EUS).
- PatientInteraction : Conduct examinations, diagnoseconditions, prescribe treatments, and educate patients and familieson GI health and diseaseprevention.
- CallSchedule : Participate in a GI call rotation of nomore than 1 : 4, ensuring a balanced work-lifeschedule.
- AdministrativeDuties : Maintain accurate patient records in theElectronic Medical Record (EMR), comply with health systempolicies, and participate in physicianmeetings.
