Manager Outpatient Centers #7422

Summary

Reporting to the Director of Outpatient Centers and Medical Imaging, this position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Outpatient Centers.  The manager acts as a mentor and role model to coach and promote a positive customer experience. The position will work with Hospital department managers, building tenants, contractors, and vendors and requires extensive collaboration skills to encourage a team environment.  

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or a related field.
2. Five years of relevant healthcare experience with a concentration in hospital operations or practice management.
3. Prior experience in supervising employees.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
6. Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects and multiple tasks.
7. Proficiency in gathering resources required to produce desired outcomes.
8. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
9. Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications  

1. Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
