We are looking for experienced candidates to join our culinary team including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
The line and prep cooks are vital members of the kitchen team who will work closely with all other positions in the back-of-house operations to cook, receive, prep, and organize food in order to maintain proper back-of-house operations for the continuity of the guest experience. The line cook reports to the Kitchen Manager and operates grills, fryers, broilers, mixers, ovens, and other kitchen cooking equipment.
The Dishwasher is a vital member of the kitchen team ensuring all guests experience polished, clear dishware and utensils, and contributes to the overall presentation of the dining experience, in a high quality and timely fashion.
The Dishwasher is an essential support to the Front of House team in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
