Job Title: RN Assisted Living/Memory Care Manager
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Assisted Living/Memory Care team at St. Clare Commons. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, leading the department to ensure safe and competent services, and assessing new and potential residents for appropriate placement.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Ohio.
- CPR certification.
