Job Description
This part-time role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful spiritual support while maintaining work-life balance. You will work closely with our Director of Mission Integration to ensure the spiritual needs of our residents are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in ministry, preferably in senior care or hospital visitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education in Theology, Religious Education, Pastoral Ministry, or Spirituality; Master's degree and Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- Commitment to Catholic Health Care, understanding of Catholic teachings, social justice, and Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
