What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Part-time) position at St. Clare-Newport?
St. Clare-Newport, a senior care community, is currently seeking to hire a 16 hour per week Receptionist to work Mondays and Fridays from 12pm-8pm.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and assisting guests of our community. A large part of the Receptionist's duties also includes redirecting phone calls to the proper party.
The Receptionist must have a pleasant and professional personality, as this is also a customer service role.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
