We are looking for an Administrative Assistant at our Preschool located in Makiki.
Job Description:
- Organize records and files for students, personnel and school.
- Receive telephone calls, take message and/or route calls.
- Assist with operational tasks on campus.
- Provide assistance to Head of School and Assistant Head of School.
Job Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience working in a licensed child care facility or educational setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other computer skills.
- Ability to be flexible and multitask.
- Ability to interact confidently, comfortably and professionally with all levels of staff, students, parents or the public.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Hours: Negotiable
