We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative functions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and follow-up.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and reports.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.
- Assist with expense reporting.
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Required:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-Suite executives in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives forward.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level or above: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Salary : $78,000 - $88,000
