About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team at St Croix National Golf Event Center LLC. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, while also maximizing revenue for the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a bartender or server
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of wine and beer pairings helpful
- Ability to create and execute specialty cocktails
