Looking to catch on with a growing high energy pool company? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is growing fast and is in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager.
We are in search of a detail-oriented Team player to manage our Construction department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience managing in a construction or excavation business
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to see patterns, good and bad and make corrections if needed
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Fast learner
- Can make calculated decisions
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper layout and elevations for each inground pool job
- Monitor and communicate with the construction teams throughout the day
- Work with dispatching to create efficient schedules and answer any scheduling questions
- Work with support staff to move the jobs along in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction, job completeness and invoice accuracy at each stage of the project
- Maintain payment schedule with customers
- Maintain proper gross margin on all projects by properly tracking job costs.
- Maintain an inventory of all items that the construction teams need
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Ensure companies standards and practices are maintained
- run relevant reports on a regular basis for senior management
- Collaborate with the service manager
Pay based on experience, PTO, Health, Dental and 401k with match available after preliminary period.
Late days and weekends may be needed during the peak of the season
