Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Patient Liaison, you will serve as an advocate for patients and/or family members with complaints/grievance concerns regarding medical care and services provided. You will document concerns, track/trends and investigates all aspects of patient encounters including but not limited to medical care in order to facilitate the resolution of concerns and maximize patient and family satisfaction. You will organize and Chair the Patient and Family Advisory Council. You will attend daily MDRs and proactively rounds with patients to address potential concerns or issues.
