We are labeling role as “Sales Analytics Specialist” to better communicate what the role will be responsible for within our company.
The Internal Title is Brand Development Specialist.
The Brand Development Specialist is responsible for working in collaboration with the Brand Development Team, Sales Leadership Team and KAM Team to support our supplier partners, enable efficient processes for our sales team and work with SDC leadership to build strategies for sales growth. The Brand Development Specialist will work with over 50 supplier partners and the sales leadership team. The position reports to the Director of Brand Development and partners with multiple departments.
Requirements:Responsibilities
- Assisting the Brand Development Team with Supplier Bill Backs, Monthly Reports, Pricing Analytics, Inventory Analytics, Post Off/Discounting coordination, Incentive Building/Tracking, Deck Building, Supplier Portal Training and Sales Roster Management. 40% of the role.
- Assisting the Key Account Management Team on New Item Submissions, Price Changes, Post Off Submissions, Inventory Management, and Master Placement List Management for Chain Retailers.40% of the role
- Assisting the VP of Sales with running reports, incentive recaps, deck building, and additional duties as assigned. 20% of the role.

- Education: High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of related experience or training
- Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe. EoStar knowledge preferred.
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail orientation required with sensitivity to key deadlines
- Required to work in office at SDC’s HQ at least 3 days per week. Optional to work from home the other 2 days each week after 90 days.
- Occasional travel required for sales meetings
