Job Description
- Support senior leadership with the completion of strategic initiatives and special projects which need attentive leadership, assistance/facilitation with regular report back to senior leaders.
- Provide project management support to drive execution and completion of key projects and initiatives as identified by senior leadership.
- Provide interim leadership to special projects/initiatives, e.g. lead/coordinate implementation of multidisciplinary programs.
- Provide financial oversight including Capital and Operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Initiate and organize opportunities to improve service and quality and to act as a catalyst for realizing these improvements.
- Participate in community benefit and outreach.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Masters Degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing or associated field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to positively interact with others, including physicians, clinical leaders, and senior leadership.
- 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines including physicians
