This position will support the senior leadership team on a variety of strategic initiatives and special projects. This position will serve as a facilitator / project leader for senior leaders when they need additional support for specific projects and initiatives. Project examples can include quality improvement efforts, patient satisfaction initiatives, programmatic development, etc.

- Support senior leadership with the completion of strategic initiatives and special projects which need attentive leadership, assistance / facilitation with regular report back to senior leaders.
- Provide project management support to drive execution and completion of key projects and initiatives as identified by senior leadership.
- Provide interim leadership to special projects / initiatives, e.g. lead / coordinate implementation of multidisciplinary programs.
- Provide financial oversight including Capital and Operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Initiate and organize opportunities to improve service and quality and to act as a catalyst for realizing these improvements.
- Participate in community benefit and outreach.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
