Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operational.
General Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
· Physical stamina to perform job duties such as lifting and moving furniture, walking, standing, and bending for extended periods
· Adept at using hands, hand tools, power tools, mowers, and buffing machines.
· General knowledge of building maintenance, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, audio/visual systems, and/or custodial skills or experience.
· Willingness to comply with the Protecting God’s Children program including background check and 3-hour training session
· Valid Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
