Join Our Team as a Nursing Home Administrator!
Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to take charge of our long-term care facility's daily operations. You'll uphold the highest standards of care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive atmosphere for both residents and staff. To be successful in this role, you should be able to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of our facilities: Renvilla, Meadows on Main, and Prairie View of Hector.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $104,000 - $128,000 per year, based on experience.
- Benefits:
- 100% employee health insurance premium paid by employer

- Employee Life Insurance: $20,000.00 coverage for full-time employees - insurance premium paid 100% by employer

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Licenses: Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Minnesota
